PEER support

We offer one-on-one peer support for individuals living with a mental health condition and their loved ones. To qualify, you must be an adult residing in Clackamas County. Our Peer Support Specialists can help individuals navigate complex systems of services for healthcare such as low cost prescription assistance and access to community resources. It is FREE & CONFIDENTIAL support, referrals, and resources for individuals and families impacted by mental health conditions.

 

Some of the other areas where our Peer Support Specialists can help include:

  • Finding housing

  • Providing referrals for health coverage and social security applications 

  • Finding psychiatrists or other doctors

  • Finding food resources

  • Navigating disability benefits
