Our 2024 NAMI Clackamas Award Winners

Congratulations to Our 2024 NAMI Clackamas Award Winners!

We recently awarded three special NAMI Clackamas awards to worthy recipients:

Dave Hunt, Mary Clark, Ally Linfoot

Mary Clark won our Lifetime Achievement Award for active volunteer service over an extensive period of time advancing NAMI Clackamas and our mental health education, support, and advocacy services.  Mary has been a long-time volunteer, advocate with elected officials, donor and recruiter of other donors, one of the very first members of our NAMI Clackamas Champions Circle of monthly donors, a volunteer providing resources to families in our County’s Courts, creator of the pilot project to teach weekly wellness classes in our County Jail, and has served on the NAMI Clackamas Board for almost 7 years, including faithful service as Board Secretary.  Past winners have been Judy Winter, Chris Ommert, Judy Steele, Elaine Teadtke, Bonnie Roeder, and Laura Borders & Bill Zuber. Congratulations, Mary!

Dave Hunt, Tabi Traughber, Ally Linfoot

Tabi Traughber won our Advocate of the Year Award for effective volunteer service advocating on behalf of NAMI Clackamas clients and improved mental health.  Tabi regularly attends our events, serves on our board, and financially supports our programs – both as a Champions Circle member and far beyond.  She actively participates in our advocacy with state legislators, local governments, businesses, and individuals.  Tabi serves as our NAMI Walk chair.  She has an effusive personality that makes everyone around her want to advocate for mental health and support NAMI Clackamas.  She donates a percentage of her real estate sales to support mental health.  When she competed in the Mrs. Oregon pageant, she made NAMI Clackamas her cause.  Captain Lee Eby won this award last year.  Congratulations, Tabi!

Dave Hunt, Elise Bouneff, Andrew Harper, Ally Linfoot

Heritage Bank won our Partner of the Year Award for active partnership strengthening mental health and supporting NAMI Clackamas and the clients and communities we serve.  Heritage has been a long-time supporter of NAMI Clackamas, a consistent financial sponsor of the Party with a Purpose and other events, and a provider of volunteers for NAMI Clackamas events including a recent parade.  They even had a team of their employees come into our office to put together Auction nametags and packets.  This award was won by Providence Health last year.  Congratulations, Heritage Bank!
